He's holding his hands like that in the 5th panel because he's got the soul of the guy slung over his shoulder. Humans can't see naked souls. (Usually.)

We saw Louise's in the prologue because we were being omniscient, of course.

I love the way you draw her braids, especially in the last panel. (I like little random details like that, the ones that most people overlook)
